The project team has developed a plan to invest in Dallas’ future and bring a major employment and education center to the southern edge of downtown Dallas. Master planned by Merriman Anderson Architects, Newpark Dallas pushes the envelope of great urban design and creates an exciting walkable experience through the district.
CUTTING-EDGE INNOVATIONS
At its full build out, Newpark Dallas will have millions of square feet of Class A office space, over 200,000 square feet of urban retail space, 1,500 residential units, a four-star hotel, and a million square foot education campus with facilities ranging from pre-K through higher education. Smart and sustainable technologies will run through the district with connected systems, low energy consumption, and cutting-edge innovations built into the buildings and streets of Newpark.
